Description
Sounding Stones is comprised of four granite blocks that have been cut through to create viewing holes to see neighboring blocks and hear water fountains contained within the blocks. Each stone averages six feet square. The rough quarry-cut bore holes were left untouched, with the polished surfaces being the ones that were cut to form each block.
