1 West 67th St. (Hotel des Artistes) Built in 1915 as a “Cooperative” it was designed by the esteemed architect George M. Pollard. Its outstanding lavish Neo-Gothic style is celebrated by its display of decorative statuary and gargoyles on its façade representing the arts.
