About
Ingredients
Stir together In a mixing glass full of ice:
  • 2 oz Redemption bourbon
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed Meyer Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate simple syrup
  • 1 oz Argentinian Malbec float
  • Frozen pomegranate seeds
  • Cassava flour chips dusted with cane sugar and Maldon Sea Salt
Instructions
Shake bourbon, lemon, and simple syrup in mixing tin. Strain over frozen pomegranate seeds and ice in glass. Using the back of a spoon as a guide, gently pour Malbec wine on top of cocktail being sure to slowly float the wine.
Garnish with Coral Chips.
