Tatiana Bilbaofounded her eponymous studio in 2004 in Mexico City, with the aim of integrating social values, collaboration, and sustainable design approaches to architectural work. She received her B.Archin in 1996 from the Universidad Iberoamericana, where she later taught as a professor of design. She has also taught at the Universidad Andres Bello in Chile, the AA School of Architecture in London, and at Yale, Rice, and Columbia Universities. She was named as one of the Architecture League’sEmerging Voices in 2010. In 2022, she was honored as the Architect of the Year by AW Architektur &Wohnen magazine for her inspiring social commitment.
