TsAO & McKOWN is a New York-based architecture firm. The firm is known for its work on a variety of projects, including private residences, commercial complexes, museums as well as industrial design, creating items such as furniture and bathtubs.
Some of their notable projects include a funerary crypt at the foot of Mount Fuji and Suntec City, a new town center in Singapore. Their projects also include the Jianfu Palace Museum in the Forbidden City, Beijing.
TsAO & McKOWN has been recognized with several honors including the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award, and were named one of the 25 best architecture firms in New York City by Archello. In 2022, they were honored with the AIA Medal of Honor, and also received the Interior Design Best of Year Award and the Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Award.
