Judge Douglas Woodlock discusses the architecture of the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse.

As Chairman of the Building Committee for the Boston Courthouse, Judge Woodlock was in charge of the selection of the site and architect for the building which happened on the same day.  

Historically, the Boston Court had been known as the Admiralty Court as it began by resolving Maritime matters.  The Judge who served as Chair of the Building Committee talks about how they chose Fan Pier for the Site for the New Building and how they selected the architect to design it announcing both on the same day.
