Pasquale "Patsy" Parrello is the current consigliere of the Genovese crime family. Born in 1945, Parrello was a longtime Bronx-based capo who ran operations from his restaurant, Pasquale's Rigoletto. Known for its Italian cuisine, the restaurant reflects its namesake's ties to Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Rigoletto. Parrello has faced legal troubles, including prison sentences for embezzlement, loansharking, and extortion. Released in 2022 after a seven-year stint, he was promoted to the family's administration in 2023. His restaurant remains a staple in New York’s Belmont area, offering signature Italian dishes.
