The National Science Centre established in 1992, is a science museum in Delhi, India. It is part of the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), an autonomous body under India's Ministry of Culture. Also this Centre is unique in organising socially relevant activities as Regular visits for specially abled children, Sensorimotor development skill workshops for autistic children and those with cerebral palsy, Life skill development for underprivileged children etc. Made with RCC frame infilled by brick, plastered in a fine stone grit finish, this building accommodates a complex of workshops, library, lecture halls and observatory.

The builtform is modular in structure with several volumes placed one over the other.
This building has a majestic entryway with a wide flight of steps.
Upon entrance, there is a double heighted porch area which creates a welcoming area.
The Centre's entry plaza greets guests with a massive exhibit that spans four levels and is one of the world's largest.
