For the Milleneium, the city renamed a prominent street "The Avenue of the Arts." It runspast the convention center, the opera house, and other theaters, facing directly into Lipski's circle of life-sized casts of Rodin's "The Thinker." While they appear to be made of bronze, they are actually pigmented fiberglass. As the sun sets, neon lighting within gives the work a different and diramatic visage. The building is a new parking structure by 360/Architecture.
