Chandler Boulevard Bridge Home Village

The Chandler Tiny Home Village, designed by Lehrer Architects, is Los Angeles' first transitional housing project using prefabricated "Pallet Shelters." Located in North Hollywood, the village provides 39 one-or-two-person units on a 21,705 square-foot site. The design emphasizes human dignity and community enhancement, transforming an underused lot into a vibrant, safe space for unhoused individuals. The project was completed in just 13 weeks, showcasing efficient construction and collaborative design efforts.
