A cornerstone of the Development includes a public cultural attraction, Vue Orleans, located on the second floor and in the two-story roof-top cupola, which will highlight New Orleans` history and culture and will be procured, curated and narrated by two of America`s leading academics—Harvard University`s Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and Tulane University`s Lawrence N.
