Serendipity 3, a whimsical café founded in 1954 by Stephen Bruce, Calvin Holt, and Patch Caradine on Manhattan's East Side, gained fame for its unique, luxurious desserts like Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, created with 14 secret cocoas. Known for its eclectic decor featuring antique Tiffany lamps and quirky touches, the café expanded from its original small space to its current location on East 60th Street. Over the years, it has become a favorite of celebrities, known for its extravagant menu items that hold three Guinness World Records for indulgent creations.

the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate has been sipped by Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol, Grace Kelly, Cary Grant, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds Joan Rivers, and many more celebrities. Jackie Kennedy asked for the recipe to serve at the White House and was denied the secret recipe. In the 1970's, Cher begged for a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate to go and since there were no to-go cups, they served her in an empty milk carton. Six couples have gotten married in a bathtub or swimming pool filledwith Frrrozen Hot Chocolate on Valentine's Day. Andy Warhol used to pay for his Frrrozen Hot Chocolate with drawings before he was famous.
