Material: Sandblasted glass windows in mezzanine; stair railing and exterior fence
Creeping vines are the unifying motif in Patsy Norvell's windows, railings, and fences for the Beverly Road and Cortelyou Road subway stations. Norvell was inspired by neighborhood gardens. Large, decorative glass windows in the waiting rooms of both stations overlook the tracks and bring a touch of home into the station. An MTA Arts for Transit project.
