As part of the restoration of Wilmington's Amtrak station, designed by Frank Furness in 1908, the artist was commissioned to create a piece in the vestibule. Kozloff kept a sketchbook of details from Furness buildings in the Philadelphia area, the most well known of which is the marvelously eccentric Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
