The new 270 Park Avenue, designed by Foster + Partners, will be a 1,388-foot supertall skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, set to open in 2025. Replacing the Union Carbide Building (demolished in 2021), it will house 15,000 employees and feature sustainable elements like hydroelectric power and recycled materials from the previous structure. The tower includes an 80-foot-high lobby, flexible layouts, and modern amenities. Located near Grand Central, it embodies modern design while honoring the site's architectural legacy.
