The One World Trade Center observation deck spans floors 100–102, offering New York City’s highest viewing point. Separate entrances serve visitors and tenants, with security screening below ground. The 100th floor hosts the main views, the 101st a food court, and the 102nd an event space, all operated by Legends Hospitality. Plans for a Windows on the World–style restaurant were dropped, but three dining venues operate on the upper floors.
