Roosevelt Landings (Eastwood)

These gigantic, red-trimmed block apartments for low-to moderate-income families span the east side of Roosevelt Island's Main St. They were built in the 1970s when Roosevelt Island was first developed and feature many of the social amenities that were hallmarks of the day such as skip stop elevators and floor thru units (for cross ventilation).
