United Empire Loyalist Statue

This monument honors the United Empire Loyalists, who fled to British North America following the American Declaration of Independence. Despite the loss of property, imprisonment, and intense persecution, these Loyalists maintained unwavering loyalty to the British Crown. Their courage and endurance helped establish Canada’s foundations within the British Empire.
