An 800-foot-tall, 66 story residential high-rise in the Financial District was designed by Sir David Adjaye and developed by Lightstone. The building occupies a prominent location near Fulton Center, Tribeca, and the Brooklyn Bridge. The tower features a distinctive hand-cast façade with large arched windows and bronzed details. It houses 242 residences, 22,000 square feet of amenities, and a public plaza park. It also includes 20,000 square feet of retail at the base of the building.
