Lunch & Learn: George Washington & The Birch Trials at the Historic Fraunces Tavern

In recognition of George Washington’s birthday and Black History Month there will be an online discussion of the important role played by the Fraunces Tavern in U.S.history and the significance of the Birch Trials—the culminating event in one of the largest emancipations of Black people prior to the American Civil War.
