An American architect, Peter Eisenman studied at Cornell University, Columbia University, and the University of Cambridge. He also founded the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies in New York City in 1967. He has taught at universities such as the University of Cambridge, Princeton University, Yale University, Harvard University, the Ohio State University, and Cooper Union in New York City. His portfolio includes works such as House VI, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, and the City of Culture of Galicia.
