200 West Street (Goldman Sachs Headquarters)

Just opened this year, the building is a LEED Gold tower with 2.1 million square feet of space by Harry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed, in association with Adamson Associates International for Goldman Sachs at 200 West Street. The gently curved building is 43 stories tall, measuring 740 feet above the sidewalks of the World Financial Center. Among other environmentally noteworthy features are its under-floor air distribution system. Some 11,000 people will be working in the building when fully occupied. There is a freestanding 350-seat oval auditorium on the ground floor.

Constructed, 2009
