Ghost Ballet for the East Bank Machineworks

Description

Alice Aycock's sculpture on the banks of the river in Nashville was designed to look like two parts of a bridge that had been playfully flung into the air. During the floods in the spring of 2010, the giant sculpture was submerged in high water. When the waters receded, the sculpture had survived.
