<p>Some argue that the Bramble is to British cocktails what the Cosmopolitanis to American: a simple to make, well-balanced cocktail that refocusedbars’ attention to fresh and quality ingredients. Our only alteration here was to lighten the weight of the blackberry cordial with the acidity of raspberry.</p>

Bramble Redux

<ul><li>2 oz. Beefeater Gin</li><li>1 oz. Lemon Cordial</li><li>1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice</li><li>1/2 oz. blackberry/raspberry syrup</li></ul>

Ingredients

<p>Shake first three ingredients together, strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Float syrup over the top and garnish with a lemon wheel, a blackberry and a raspberry.</p>
