Whimsey is a stainless steel owl sculpture. As its name suggests the work has a playful nature. Donated by Mrs. Becker, the sculpture welcomes everyone into the park. This park has been transformed through the effects of the Friends of Exall Park to be a place that neighbors come to enjoy. The Rock Garden was reconstructed with new seating and landscaping to provide a place for the sculpture, thanks to the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department
