Whole Flow, a sculpture for Whole Foods Market functions as both work of art and water filtration system. The sculpture is composed of a series of 14 stacked, stainless steel bowls of the same size. The procession of water cascading down the structure into shallow bowls embodies an acoustic and kinesthetic experience for the pedestrian. In the artist's words: "The sculpture mitigates the water quality purging and mitigating and then offering the water to nourish a landscape by water that otherwise would have been discharged into a sewer. The procession is one of healing and of art, a journey of restoration infrastructure, serving as a model and catalyst, and suggesting a procession of paradigm shifts for Pasadena recharging the valley watershed."
