Located in South Kolkata at a very important junction, the site sits between two golf clubs – Tolly Club and Royal Calcutta Golf club towards the West and east respectively. The design therefore essentially captures the site potential and offers the best views of the city to the apartment owners. Being a premium residential complex with a hi-street retail facility, the club and community activities have been designed on the podium level, intercepted with nature, which provides a secluded and peaceful ambience in spite of its otherwise dense urban context. A skydeck at an upper level connects all the residential towers and creates an elevated ground plane to serve as a landscaped community space connecting the residents of the upper levels as well to nature and allowing al to enjoy the amazing view of the golf course on either side.
